• Fork’d Up reserves the right to suspend accounts due to misuse, inappropriate behavior, or policy violations.
  
  

• Subscription fees are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time within the app.
  
  

• Users are responsible for their conduct and interactions within the platform.
  
  

• Fork’d Up does not guarantee employment, performance, or safety.
  
  

Commerce Disclosures

• Monthly subscriptions are $4.99/month for Workers and $29.99/month for Businesses.
  
  

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
  
  

• No refunds are provided after payment is processed.
  
  

• Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
  
  

• Your subscription gives access to profile visibility, messaging, and job or gig discovery tools.
  
  

Privacy Policy

• We collect basic personal data (name, email, ZIP code, work type, resume) for profile and matchmaking purposes.
  
  

• Data is never sold. It is used only to enhance your experience on Fork’d Up.
  
  

• Stripe handles all payment information; Fork’d Up does not store payment data.
  
  

• You may request account deletion at any time via the app.
