What is Fork’d Up? 

Fork’d Up is a web-based staffing platform that connects hospitality businesses with qualified culinary and service professionals in real time. 

Is Fork’d Up an employer or staffing agency? 

No, Fork’d Up is only a technology platform. We do not employ, supervise, or pay Workers. All agreements and payments between Businesses and Workers are made independently. 

Does Fork’d Up guarantee jobs or workers?

No. We cannot guarantee employment or worker availability. The platform facilitates connections only. 

How does payment work? 

All subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Workers pay $6.99/month, and Businesses pay $49.99/month, with a 14-day free trial for first-time users. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date. No refunds after trial. 

Can I cancel anytime? 

Yes. You can withdraw from your dashboard. Your account remains active until the end of your billing period. 

What if I have a dispute with another user? 

Fork’d Up does not mediate or arbitrate disputes between Workers and Businesses. You release Fork’d Up LLC and Summa Holdings Inc. from all claims arising from interactions with other users.

Do you know if my information is safe? 

Yes. We use Stripe (for payments), SendGrid (for email), and Twilio (for text notifications) under strict security and privacy standards. No credit-card data is stored on our servers. 

Can I use Fork’d Up in Mexico? 

Yes. You can access the platform from the U.S. or Mexico. Cross-border use is allowed, but each user must comply with local employment and tax laws. 

How do I install the app? 

Fork’d Up is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — no store download required. Visit www.getforkdup.com on your phone → tap menu (⋮ or Share) → “Add to Home Screen.”
