Q: How do I sign up for Fork’d Up?
A: Download the Fork’d Up app, create an account, choose your role (Worker or Business), and fill out your profile.
Q: What do I get with my subscription?
A: Workers get access to jobs by ZIP code and direct messaging with businesses. Businesses can post gigs and contact qualified workers.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: Yes. You can cancel anytime inside the app under your profile. Your access remains until the billing cycle ends.
Q: Why did my card get declined?
A: Make sure your card is valid and supported by Stripe. Also, ensure the subscription is not in test mode if you’re submitting real payment.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: You can delete your account from the app dashboard. Once deleted, all data is removed from our system.
Q: I’m having login issues. What should I do?
A: Check your email and password for typos. If issues persist, click “Forgot Password” or email support.
Q: Is Fork’d Up available nationwide?
A: Yes! Any worker or business across the U.S. can join using their ZIP code.
